For them to be effective for scar tissue and adhesions, you have to take these capsules at least 2hrs before or after eating. (ie, on an empty stomach) I don’t take them every day, but 2 or 3 times a week. Of course, the only way I will know if they have worked, is if I manage to avoid a hospital stay (or major emergency operation) for another bowel obstruction, as happened to me in the past.
