Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by these WRITECH gel pens since I usually reach for Zebra or Pilot G2 or Sarasa, the ones that feel like cult favorites at the office. What sold me here was finding a set that's colorful on the outside but still keeps that reliable black gel ink, since most pens make you choose between fun colors or practical black ink and never both. The pastel barrel colors are genuinely pretty and I had a hard time deciding which one to grab first. The ink itself lays down smooth and doesn't smudge at all, and the gel grip feels really comfortable against my fingers during longer writing sessions. Even my husband, who has zero interest in pens, picked one up out of the set and commented on how nice the cushioned grip felt. For a household like ours where we only ever keep a couple of pens in rotation at the desk, these earned their spot because the ink flows so easily and the writing experience feels elevated compared to what we're used to. Cons: My only real critique is that I wanted even more give in that silicone grip. It has a nice cushion, but I was hoping for something squishier and softer, almost like a subtle fidget element while writing, and this fell a little short of that. I absolutely love these pens. My wife was the one who found them, and I figured I may as well try them out, because they aren't too expensive. I was absolutely blown away. They're all super pretty and very colorful, and they almost have a glow to them that's hard to describe. The click is extremely reactive and doesn't feel cheap at all, and it has a very satisfying feel to it. The padded grip feels amazing. I've used a lot of pens with comfort grips that felt really bad, but this one is like holding a cloud in my hand. I tend to grip my pens too tightly when I write, which causes some pain after awhile, but I can barely feel this pen while writing with it! The ink is also phenomenal. It's extremely bold, writes very well, and doesn't bleed through the page. It's an extremely fun pen to write with, and it's honestly my new favorite (sorry Uniball Air). And the best part, the pen comes with 4 refills in the packaging! So, you're essentially getting 10 pens instead of just 5! I could not be happier, and I cannot recommend these pens enough!!!

Listennnn Writech stopped selling pens in our area like a decade ago, so i was really concerned about quality ordering online especially after my issues with Pentel products but seriously, well worth it. Missed detail was the pen refills which admittedly I didnt test because I dont want ink getting on my pen bag, but the pens write effortlessly. Saturation is good, feel of the pen itself is good. Its a bit bigger than some pens which, if thats a concern, you can find thinner ones from writech. Worth the purchase, same quality they were before in terms of use. Durability and all that, only time will tell but face value theyre great pens

Thought they would be like on the reels I've seen . They're not. I was influenced. Dang it. But just a nice looking pen. Writes ok. Nothing to brag about.

Okay so I just got these delivered, like 3 minutes ago and I tried one immediately and I can say these pens are BY FAR my favorite. I am a pen collector lol I don’t know why I need 6000 pens but apparently I do, so when I say this pen is by far my absolute favorite - that means something. I’ve tried every style, color, mm size and these are the best! The quality is great, the feel is comfortable and the black ink is perfect and doesn’t smudge at all. I tested it right after I wrote something down and nothing smudged. They’re also super easy to use, gentle press down and you got ink! I highly recommend! Just buy them :)

LOVE THESE. As soon as I tried them I knew I’d never use any other pen. They write so beautifully, perfect for note taking. They’re also light weight and very comfortable, which makes them ideal for long study sessions. The grip is very soft and didn’t cause any blisters even after studying for 6+ hours. Love this brand!

Write so smooth and are never patchy. Ink dries quick ish but it definitely smears. Probably don’t get them if you’re left handed!

My absolute favourite pen! I’m a nurse and constantly go through pens but I love the feel of this one and the smooth glide of it! I also love how dark the ink is! The refillable ink is awesome

I’m VERY impressed with these pens!!!! I’m a pen snob, and only tend to write with Pentel Vicuña pens usually. I was looking for a good alternative because it’s difficult getting more black pen bodies/pens itself. Getting the pen refills for that is no problem. Back to Writech! I love the gel a lot, more than I thought I would actually! I was worried that since it was gel it would smudge and get all gross easily but so far 0 issues at all. I haven’t been disappointed once. Highlighting or making notes is so easy and effortless with these pens. The quality of the gel ink is superb and I’m very happy I purchased this. Sure it’s more upfront right now compared to a pack from Walmart or Staples. But the quality or the fact I get 5 extra refills (with 5 already - 1 per pen) is such a non brainer! I also really appreciate how comfortable and soft the grip is. It makes a difference having to hold and write a lot with. The quality of that as well is impressive. Incredible purchase and 0 regrets!
