These are really cute! You don’t get a color choice, you get whatever they happen to send you and I got green. They look like little Aliens And I use them to hold my little forks that I’m always misplacing.

I had a pair for many years until "Kevin" went missing, but still have "Joanie". I was so happy to find their progeny even though a different color. Whenever I cook tomato sauce, soup or other liquids they help to vent without getting spatters all over the stove. I put them in the third rack of my dishwasher with no problem. Does color matter, no, unless you have OCD. One star for the "wrong" color, you're kidding, right? Five stars for my new green kiddies because I was always taught, color does not matter.

This cute little man fits right on the edge of the pot to help prevent boil overs. I used to tilt the cover or use a spoon to vent, but after a few messy accidents, I decided to try this. It is easy to attach and will fit on a pot with a slight rim. It works! They are affordable and would make great gifts.

I can’t believe how well these work! I haven’t had anything boil over since using these pot watchers. I’m giving them to everyone as stocking stuffers this year!

I have been looking for something like this that helps with potential spillovers and keeps the stove clean. Great product
