It's waterproof,warm and comfortable, the only down side is it sounds like your sleeping in a packet of crisps everytime you move.

It’s got a plastic cover and is very lightweight, so it would be noisy and not stay in place for someone who’s a restless sleeper. That’s not an issue for us, so it’s a good buy and roughly the cost of just one duvet dry clean! So it’s an absolute money saver as we are caring for a family member with dementia.

So far has helped with bed wetting incidents. I care for my elderly grandmother who does struggle with bed wetting. Getting a duvet washed, dried and back on the bed is a challenge, especially in winter. The duvet is easy to wipe and clean if she does have an accident. She has said it is comfortable and snug. Due to the materials the duvet is slightly weighted which my nan thinks is great to keep cozy. Delivered earlier than stated. We both would recommend.

My mum has dementia and sadly become incontinent Last time I visits red the bedroom smelled and became apparent it was the duvet. The carer recommended waterproof duvet. I searched Amazon looked at the reviews and chose this one. The carer states it’s much better and easier to clean so there is t a urine smell anymore in the bedroom. The reviews saying these sound like a crisp packet are quite misleading. Yes they do make a crinkle noise because they’re waterproof not a normal duvet but it’s certainly not enough to wake you unless you are super sensitive and a fidget a lot. It’s lovely and warm, really comfortable and i would highly recommend. Perfect for people with incontinence issues or for young children or even with pets. I use mine in my caravan as I can leave it there without worrying about it getting damp from condensation. I probably will change it for a normal duvet in the summer though.

I wanted a waterproof duvet as my dog has a habit of doing an excited pee whenever he is allowed on my bed. I read the reviews saying that this is no different noise wise, to a normal duvet...they must be insane!!!!! This is the WORST duvet I have ever purchased! To describe how it feels, imagine.... Two sheets of tarpaulin, A thin layer of teddy stuffing in the middle. You have this duvet!!!

Does the job but if your a light sleeper, this is not for you

Bought as needed to be wipeable. Does not feel nice and soft as a usual quilt would and is noisy when moved in the cover.
