Like riding on a cloud of happiness
Oh my goodness where have these been? I’ve tried many types of underwear and I can honestly say that these are some of my favorites of all time they are very soft very, very comfortable and the pouch on this thing is wow great. I generally have avoided the separate pouch underwear, having tried some of them, and they actually caused me more discomfort than prevented it but with these You sort of just drop into it and your cradled in a cloud of happiness. The sizing I would say is fairly accurate to the chart but honestly, I probably could’ve gone down a size and I might try that for the next pair that I buy just to see. As nice as the pouch is throughout the day they do tend to stretch out a bit and I don’t fall out of it, but it just doesn’t feel as secure as when I start the day if that makes any sense. The quality these though is very well done they’re well-made. They’ve held up to washes so far after a month or so, and they breathe very well. We’re coming up on summertime so we’ll see how they do in the ungodly furnace that is my workplace in the summertime. These are rather thin so if you prefer something thick and heavy, these would not be for you. The waistband is wide enough to where it doesn’t roll all over and I also don’t feel like I have to pull them up to my chest in order to get them to fit correctly. I really appreciate the fact that they have not only different waist sizes but different pouch sizes. You wouldn’t think even for an average person that would make a difference, but it really does. These are probably some of the best pairs of boxer briefs style underwear that I’ve ever tried. I would absolutely recommend buying these things. I’m going to buy more of them. Great job.

These provide plenty of space, or "enhance" if that's what you're looking for
These are my favorite underwear now. They are comfortable and allow plenty of room. I did not buy them to "enhance" my bulge, frankly they do too good of a job at that. I don't wear these with sweatpants simply because they make it very noticeable. But if you're going for that, these are great. I like wearing these with regular pants, they provide plenty of room for everything down there. They feel great, they don't irritate my skin which some underwear does. If you get the right size, they hold everything down there perfectly.

good quality
soft texture, not itchy, good quality and will keep everything in place for the most part. make sure you get the right size, while they are a little stretchy i find myself getting pinched because things have shifted over an extended period. other than that these are worth the money, fits good and simply designed for comfort not style

RM 7” w fly v w/o v sac v separatec
Spoiler alert: rm w fly is the best! I was all in on separatec for awhile, but it’s too complicated and if you’re stuff isn’t exactly the size they estimate, you spend a lot of time adjusting. Big fan of saxx. A thin layer separates your stuff from your body and your stuff has slightly more room than most pouches. And saxx does this better than Tommy John and Hanes. The thin layer separating my stuff started to chafe once I started using this for regular underwear and sleep underwear. It was fine when I used sax for daytime and had regular, non special boxer briefs for sleep RM seems the best. Instead of a thin layer and a slightly bigger pouch, it’s a much bigger pouch and you don’t need a separating layer. Instead of getting support by having your stuff pressed against you, the support comes from your stuff resting on a horizontal pouch of fabric. Way more comfortable. I tried the RM 7” with and without the fly. The fly works well. Doesn’t seem to compromise anything. Both are low rise, but the ones without the fly are lower. At 1st this was weird, but it is more comfortable for the underwear to bind below your belt than binding at the same place as your pants and belt. No problem with the legs riding up. The ones without the fly are so low that I feel a little uncomfortable when I bend over. The RMs with a fly have a silky feel; nonfly is cottony (they’re both made of the same material). With fly, the waistband is set within the silky material while the nonfly has the more simple, traditional waistband (which I found less comfortable). Without the fly, the pouch seems to hang a little lower, making it important to get the proper pouch size. Maybe it’s because of the way the fly is cut, but the pouch seems to droop less with the fly. I had some trouble figuring out what was for me and found some photos confusing so here’s info to help (as of 6/10/25): In the product photos, the 1st one indicates whether the set you’re ordering has a fly or not. If you change your color, you gotta recheck that 1st photo. Also, on one of my pair, the photo did not match the color description. The photo showed black, medium gray, and medium blue. The words said black, navy, and dark gray. The words were right.

Finally, the perfect underwear!
I’ve tried three different pouch-style underwear brands, and these are by far the best for my needs. If your goal is to stop having your genitals smooshed, stuck to your legs, or requiring frequent readjustment, I highly recommend these boxer briefs. What really sets these apart is the pouch shape: there’s no special hole or hammock, but rather a well-designed pouch that holds everything up and away from the inner thighs, similar to the support you’d get from a jockstrap (but with more comfortable and breathable fabric). The fabric is high quality, and the stitching is excellent throughout, giving a premium feel and durability. The fit is perfect—no pinching, bunching, or discomfort. I never need to readjust during the day, which is an issue with traditional boxer briefs. I was skeptical about the horizontal fly at first, but after just one use, I became an instant fan—it’s much easier to use for both exit and re-entry than a traditional vertical fly.

Waistband needs work
Two things I do not like are the waistband and the flap covering the pouch. Both lack strength. I'm an average sized guy and I have to constantly pull them up. The elastic needs to be stronger in the waistband and the opening to the pouch seems to loose. Other than that the fabric is nice and soft. The way they conform to the buttocks is nice and the length is nice. Do like how they keep my package cooler and more comfortable.

Super comfortable
I've had these for months now and wanted to share my thoughts. I'm wearing a pair today and really like them. There isn't extra elastic in the leg hem, just a normal rolled hem. This probably makes them more comfortable, the front of the legs do ride up just a little bit but being 3" inseam, it doesn't bunch much. The back stays in place, no wedgies. The waistband is very comfortable, I love the low rise instead of how high some make them. The material is very light weight and super comfortable. It's all about the pouch though. I've bought several from RM, starting with the D pouch since that was all that was available. That was almost comical. I eventually got a B pouch, that was ok. Perfect "sometimes" but didn't provide any support. Finally along came the A cup which was perfect for me (ego in check). I'd say I'm average size at best and the A cup is FANTASTIC, providing support, comfort and looks great! SO much better than normal smash your stuff underwear. I like that RM just did the RM logo on these compared to the cheap iron on letters they used to use spelling it out, looked very gaudy! I like the new rhino logo even better, no logo would be perfect... Oh, almost forgot to mention, I love how easy these are to wear. I've purchased others that I feel like I have to do a whole assembly every time I go to the bathroom. These I just pull up and everything falls into the pouch. Personally, I think the price is a little high but they are still in great shape after many use/wash/dry, no stretching/shrinking or deformity at all.

Read This Review -- Size Yourself for What You're After
I'm 5'10", 170 pounds, and wear a 32" waist. I'm larger than average down there -- frank and beans -- so I ordered the C pouch and the correct size for my waist. I own and wear more than 2 dozen different pouch underwear labels -- you can read my reviews on a few of them by clicking on my name. Anyway, here's my honest review of these by Real Men: PROS: *Very soft material; feels like you have nothing on at all. *Excellent vertical pouch; the only way to go! *Everything stays in place; no worries about the boys making any kind of unexpected escape. *Super stretchy material for those special or surprising times. *No seam right down the center of the pouch -- BIG win, because you don't end up with something like a railroad track imprinted on your member's forehead (depending, I guess, on whether you're cut or not and how you put the boss in the pouch while he's at rest). CONS: *If you want to feel snug, buy a size lower. These fit me fine, but when I first put them on, I look again to be sure they had sent me the correct size. They just feel bigger than other brands. *Pouch size is questionable. Having worn them, it feels a little gimmicky. I mean, like I said, I'm not a small guy down there by any means so I went with a C, and it certainly holds everything, but there's plenty of room to spare. (I wish I could try out a B and give a review on that.) So, unless you're just enormous or carrying enough extra weight that you need extra room, beware of which pouch you buy. My guess is that, if you buy the right size for your anatomy, you're going to feel snug, get a nice lift, and experience the "bulge enhancing" part that is in the name of this underwear. Check out my pics. You'll see I put three different sized things in the pouch. If you've got a red onion you're hauling around everyday -- you know, when you cup everything in one hand -- the C pouch will treat you well and enchance your bulge beautifully. Being somewhere between the white and red onion, myself, I find that there's a bit of a bulge, but not as "impressive" as some other underwear I own. So again, choose your pouch size wisely, depending on what effect you're after. Hope this is helpful!
