Clairol Root Touch-Up Temporary Concealing Powder, Medium Brown, Pack of 1

This is an awesome concealing powder! It's the ONLY root-touch up product that covers my gray hairs, including the eye brows. It's super easy to apply, and it holds on throughout the day. It's not sticky like the Clairol spray-on root coverup, which has to be showered off at the end of the day. This is a nice, light powder. It comes off easily with a wet cloth, at the end of the day. Normally, I don't recommend products to friends, but I Iove it so much that I showed one of my friends how it works, and she's going to buy it for herself.

Bought this because Clairol is a known long time hair product. I’ve used root touch ups in the past and i definitely like this the best. Easy to apply with brush, reasonable price, good coverage ,a little goes a long way (again this is for touch ups only). I always use a light brown shade but not this time, got the medium brown which is perfect. Happy I got this.

This is great for root touch up in between color treatments. Nice color and a nice safe case to carry in my bag when needed. My third purchase for the item and will continue to buy.

Good stuff. Doesn't make my hair sticky, blends perfectly to hide my grays. Here's a trick: Wet a narrow brush an it makes a fine eyeliner.

My mind says that I’m too young to be solid gray, but my the roots of my hair beg to differ! My hair grows SO fast that I really need to dye it every 3 weeks, but I try to push it out as close to 6 weeks as I can to minimize the damage. But, that means I have to spend a miserable 3 weeks with an embarrassing stripe of gray at the top of my light brown hair. Then I found this powder and decided to give it a try. It really works! I admit that I haven’t been caught out in the rain yet to see how it holds up, but normal every day use has been great. It looks very natural and covers the gray, matching my (dyed) hair color perfectly. Put it on carefully with the included brush and make sure you only get it on the actual hair, not your skin. I usually style my clean hair first, then add the touch up powder and brush my hair as needed throughout the day. It doesn’t rub off on your hands, brush or clothes. I’m a believer!

Clairol Root Touch-Up Temporary Concealing is a good product. It helps cover up those gray hairs that pop up. But it doesn't do as good a job when using it on the grays at the hair line. It looks blotchy and unnatural. For regrowth on the top of your head, it works well.

This is great coverage for in between coloring. Usually about a week after coloring my hair the silver starts to sneak in at the sides. I have dark brown hair so I am very conscious of it as it starts to show up. I use a medium brown color in this so it is a little bit lighter than my overall hair color but I feel that helps it look more natural at the hairline. I will also admit there have been times when I am well beyond my "should have colored it" date and this stuff has been a life saver. It last quite a while too. Good investment!

This is easy to apply and covers grey hairs at the root nicely.

I purchased the medium brown and it has helped me disguise my grey between salon appointments. I have tried the Loreal hair colour spray and found it to be messy. I don’t have all grey roots so I am able to blend the powder to make it look more natural. It’s not perfect, but looks way better than the line of greys on my part. Have purchased again to ensure I have a back up for when I run out .

Excellent for hiding small grey hair for short period of time.
