Works really well
Really strong magnet and so easy to use - super straight seams!

Perfect accessory for the novice.
Great little guide. Has a strong magnet on the bottom that holds it in place on the metal plate. The main body then has an adjustable seam press on the straight side and on the other side is curved to help assist in getting an even seam when sewing curves. Certainly makes sewing easier for the novice.

Straighter sewing lines
This is pretty handy. My sewing lines are not the straightest so it was novel to see improvement on using this gadget. Not sure if it would resist being pushed by heavy fabric, but I'm pleased with it so far.

Not the best for newer machines
The magnet is strong but in a slightly awkward place so in newer machine where the body is mostly plastic it can move from place. But okay does the job just could do with some improvement

Don’t let me put you off.
Brought as I can’t see in a straight line. The magnetic attachment is strong and feels well made. I’m still not sewing in a straight line, but that’s probably down to me not the guide.

Hilfe für Anfänger (und Profis?)
Der Magnet ist sehr stark und der Aufsatz fühlt sich wertig an. Auch die Federn. Wenn es sehr kannpkanntig werden soll, also zB nur 1 cm, dann liegt der Aufsatz bei meiner Maschine (Singer Tradition 2282) leider größtenteils auf Plastik ab aber wenn man nicht mit aller Gewalt dagegen drückt dann hält der Magnet sogar auf der sehr kleinen Fläche die im zu Verfügung steht. Es hilft bei der Stoffführung. Ich als Anfängerin bin sehr zufrieden
