Great taste, great price, take everyday.

I bought this because I read that you should have a fiber supplement with multiple sources of fiber. Most of the major mainstream brands only have once source. I went through about 50 here and settled on this one, despite the reviews, because the price seemed good for what you were getting (multiple sources of fiber). It definitely doesn’t absorb as well as the major brands with the one source; but I use my milk frother to mix it in and this way there are no clumps and there isn’t any sludge at the bottom, which is enough for me to know I got the whole serving. It does have more of a “taste” (I got the unflavored) than Metamucil, but to me it’s not offensive, and this is going to happen with the multiple sources of fiber. I haven’t been using it long enough to speak to its effects but I will update in a few weeks or months. But overall, the taste and its ability to mix in gets a passing grade.

This stuff is awesome, and tastes great. Just be prepared to evacuate your bowels. This will clean you out with force whether you like it or not. (You will) and when you are all clean and not bloated you’ll be so glad you did it. You know who won’t be glad? The Whole Foods bathroom that has a code-red no-flusher to deal with.

It mixes well in room temperature liquids It has a seltzer-like bite to it and it does have a slight flavor but I'm really liking it so far. I like that it has a blend of fibers. Wish it had an option for a larger container too.

Some days when you ate not feeling well with your digestive system, fiber is all you need. It works well, better to take it at night before going to bed. It doesn't taste that bad you can mix it with anything.

This product doesn't mix in to anything well. Always separates and has the look and consistency of sand at the bottom. For the amount of listed Fibre per serving it causes severe abdominal discomfort. On top of all that it does not taste appealing. I tried to return but it's not something that can me returned, so I'm stuck with it.I would suggest trying other options before you try this product for your Fibre supplement.

It's a nice change from the standard orange flavor but it weirdly builds up pressure when shaken in a shaker bottle. So be prepared after shaking it up, the lid will just pop up (similar to a carbonized beverage) as you open it to drink.

I used a more expensive product for years, tried this fiber and wow! I use half a scoop to get the effect of twice the previous product.Dissolves / mixes great, tastes great, easy on stomach, effective on smooth morning movement. Great quality for half cost of other fiber products.I use nuricost protein powder as well
