Best faucet I've ever owned!
I was worried about ordering a kitchen faucet from Amazon, but this is by far my favorite faucet I've ever had (I've lived in a lot of homes). It is heavy duty, great quality, pretty, and my husband easily installed it (same hole as previous faucet). The spray is the strongest I've ever had and I love it!

Sturdy
I love this faucet! It direct dangle and goes back into place. It’s very sturdy and quality material. Contractor installed it - no issues at all thus far. Looks great against my white sink.

Beautiful finish and smooth operation
This faucet was super easy to install. I'm not a plumber, but I do have previous experience changing out old fixtures. As usual, removal of the old corroded fixture was the hardest part. The finish is truly beautiful! I was able to confirm with a magnet that the finish on the pullout sprayer head is stainless steel (not plastic like many others). I was worried that if the sprayer was plastic, it would get scratched or chipped easily. The flow rate and handle movement is perfect, super smooth movement and leak free. I am so pleased with this fixture!

Design Great, Color Not So Much
Got the spot free black and it looks like grey bronze. Not a true black due to the finish. Personally would pick the matte black version.

The industrial line of cross products are really great!
Was a super nice item, but it was a little bit too big for my kitchen. I really like the look of it though, it was made wonderfully. Wish I could have used it. But unfortunately I just send it back. I got another kraus product that's fit my needs better.
