Worth the extra money I spent. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Remote does not work well *by R***N on December 19, 2025* This is a nice home speaker system, however, the remote does not work well. This is actaully the secon AIWA that I have received, as the first one did not read CDs at all (the mai reason I bought it). This second one works well once you get it going. The sound is good and fills the room. The four stars and not five are because of the remote. It sometimes takes pushing the button four or five times before anything happens. I stand directly in front of the unit, load a cd, wait until it is ready, and then push play. wait about 20 seconds, nothin happens, press play again. Repeat this process until cd finally starts playing. The same thing happens when you press pause or any other button. Plus, there is no manual button I can press on the system. It is this bad remote or nothing else.
