10/10 Worth Every Cent
Best purchase I’ve ever made for my setup besides like lighting and mounts, this right here is 10/10, had it for maybe 8 months so far (late review) but it’s absolutely amazing, and I know it’s not too demanding from my pc, I originally bought this for my laptop, but I’ve upgraded since then and it was worth every dollar, super useful and functional, has more than enough usb ports there’s just so many usb ports, super good port, along with the charging ones, super great power usage, and I can turn off and on the ones I want to use whenever, super light and it even looks nice!

Solid Device That Works Well
This is a review of the powered 60w 10 port device with switches. I bought it because I'd added a Pluggable Displaylink USB to DisplayPort device that seemed to be adding some USB instability to my low end Dell Vostro laptop. Drives not being recognized when plugged in, etc. The Pluggable is a fairly high power/traffic device, so I thought a powered hub could take some load off my Dell's power supply. So far it's working well, with one big advantage. Rather than using three ports on my laptop, I'm now only using one, so it's almost like a laptop dock except that I also have an Ethernet cable and power cable attached (the USB-C on my laptop is not the advanced type that can do display port and power, so I wouldn't want it also handling my Ethernet traffic through the USB port). Since I only use the external monitor and all my USB devices are now separately powered, the only draw on my laptop's power supply is for the laptop itself (CPU/GPU, BT and USB systems, etc.) The switches are a nice little plus so that I can disconnect a device without unplugging it. My only complaint is the design is not such that it's easy to label what each cord does, which would be useful for the switches, but I did create a list I posted close by.

Reliable. UL listed power supply.
I've had this running for a couple years now and it's worked quite well. It's connected to a desktop and was causing some issues when Windows 11 would try to power it down. It's not the products fault at all. The power supply is UL listed, I verified that. The hub itself doesn't show that symbol.

Small profile, fast data transfers, lots of ports.
I like the SABRENT brand - I needed something quick for a VR/recording project and this fit the bill. Powered the extra lighting/recording equipment I needed. Data transfers are great too and the unit doesn't run hot like others I've had in the past. There's no setup really - just plug in what you need. Overall good price for the functionality and it tucks away easily since it's a small profile unit. Great design and looks like it's built to last.

Good quality, nice solid unit that works perfect for my needs.
I ordered the Sabrent 60W 7-Port USB 3.0 Hub + 3 Smart Charging Ports in order to try to solve my desktop rats nest situation. I really like the unit thus far as it is performing as advertised and easily and quickly handles any USB cord or device that I have thrown at it. I have had no problem with connectivity or performance issues, as I have read in some of the reviews, i.e. dismounts. There again, I am not using the unit for external hard drives either. You do have to hook it up correctly and use a little common sense though. The issues that I am seeing with the 4 port hub, and using flash drives ..... c'mon people, open your eyes and brains. Sabrent has done a great job on spacing the plugs. It is, however, impossible for them to anticipate what a flash drive manufacturer is going to pile on top of the USB plug with regard to the shape of a casing, which may cause the drives not to stack well in the side-by-side configuration. Flash drive manufacturers are notorious for making their cases either too fat, or adding a case that curves towards the end such as the Sandisk Cruizer drives. That is Sabrent's faule, so don't give the hubs a bad rating for something that you could have anticipated if you would have just used your eyes and brains .... LOL Flash drives have always had problems fitting into tight spaces because of these case issues, whether you are plugging them into a hub or simply into the back of your computer. If you think this may be an issue with flash drives that you own, then use your common sense and order the Sabrent 60W 7-Port USB 3.0 Hub. That unit stacks them vertically, not horizontally edge-to-edge and alleviates the issue. I do have two suggestions for Sabrent which would make this a 5 star product.First, include a longer USB cable! Second, the blue lights that indicate that the plug is active, are much to hard to see. If you are viewing them from more than a 45 degree off angle, you can't even really tell that they are lit because the light is slightly recessed. Also, in low light conditions, it's hard to see which plug you are plugging into, or you may easily hit the switch for the plug either above or below your intended target. This caused me minor problems at first so I just keep a mini maglight handy to see it clearly. The perfect solution here would be ........... illuminate both the socket and the perimeter of the switch, and then connect them with a blue illuminated line. Having explained those minor issues, this is a great product which I would recommend. I have mounted the unit to the side of my hutch via double sided foam tape. In addition, I have purchased two of the Cable Management Cord Organizer ORICO 7 Channel Desk Cable Clips Wire Cord Holders, and mounted them to the side of my desk top, close to the hub. This serves two purposes. First, your cables are both nicely organized and easily identifiable and accessible. No more fishing around for what fell off the desk top. Also, this provides a great strain relief for your cables, which doesn't tug on the cable plugs and sockets unnecessarily, causing wear and tear, and connection issues.

Very Good Quality, but included USB cable is very short
I've had the Sabrent 10 port USB hub for a short time, and I am impressed with this product. I have a number of peripherals connected, and all is well. PROS: Solid build, off/on push buttons for each port with LED indicators that aren't too bright, easy plug and play setup. CONS: Unless you are using this next to your laptop, or have both your PC and this hub on your desk, the provided 30 inch (72cm) USB cable (between hub and your PC) is way too short. You'll have to buy a 4 or 5 foot (122cm plus) USB cable. I find it convenient to have the hub on my desk, and my PC on the floor, thus the need for a longer cable. This is not a deal breaker. However, since Amazon offers the longer USB cable at a reasonable price. Just so you know, the electric cord and transformer cord connect to each other, and that total length is very long...no problems here. Do yourself a favor, and spend a few dollars more to get a high quality USB hub. Four and 1/2 stars rounded up to 5 stars.
