Quilt In A Day Ruler, Acrylic

This is a great product if you like patchwork so many different patterns can be made from it and very accurate points all the ladies at my group was very impressed with the sample I took in. It was delivered when stated Supermart is one of the best companies for supplies I only wish there was one in this country.

Does what it says - extremely useful for checking sewn triangles are correct size. Also useful for checking square blocks up to 91/2 ". I've used it more often than I expected, am very pleased with it.

THIS IS A different make on templates I usually use..But that aside a very handy template for the patchwork i'm doing ....... Was delivered earlier then expected too .which was a bonus .thanks

I have found all Quilt in a Day rulers very good quality and would not hesitate to buy more. The ruler is well marked and a good size.

I'm relatively new to quilting (started this year), and I'd been making half square triangles using a regular rectangular ruler. This specialty ruler has made such a difference in my results. You use it after sewing and cutting your HSTs but before pressing - just line it up on the seam and trim. The precision is noticeably better than eyeballing it with a standard ruler. The markings are very easy to see against fabric, which matters when you're trimming dozens of HSTs in a row. The ruler itself is sturdy and feels quality - it's actually a bit thicker than I expected, which makes it easier to grip and position accurately. Ingenious invention. Easy to use and makes trimming half square triangles to size a breeze. Recommend cutting a little oversize to ensure you get the exact size required.

As a avid quilter I got my 1st Triangle Square Up ruler a couple of years ago and it was a quilting game changer. This useful ruler makes trimming up quilt blocks a breeze. You simply select the size you want your HST to measure, place the ruler line directly on the seamline and trim any excess off. Once you press your HST you will have an accurate block. The result is a perfect HST in seconds. I used to dread squaring up my HSTs, but this ingenious ruler makes it fun. The ruler is easy to read and has measurements on both sides for just about any measurement you might need your block to be. It is very accurate and there are lots of video tutorials on YouTube showing you how to use it. I have a lot of quilt rulers that seldom get used, But the this ruler is one I use all the time and is the one I value the most. If you want fast & accurate HSTs, then this is a ruler is for you. The ruler is a lot easier & faaster than using triangle paper to ensure you get accurate blocks. I originally used the 6.5" ruler and almost wore it out with constant use. This time I decided to upgrade to the 9.6used it so much that I came back for the 9.5" ruler so I can make even larger HST blocks. I recommend the Triangle Square Up ruler to all my quilty friends.
