Only lasts a few months
Installed this well water pump controller, lasted 3 months, call tech line, they sent a replacement, great!! 2nd controller lasted 2 months, called tech line, won't send a replacement as the controller isn't used with a Torrium pump. My pump is a Gould, it's only 2 years old, but if I buy their pump..... Right.... So not even 6 months. I want my money back. Warranty??? Nope. Works great... Nope.

Does not provide constant flow
Hmmm, they must have reset the comment section. One star for arriving intact. Zero stars for "constant flow". This device is a glorified pressure switch. The one I got runs between 50psi and 65psi and is supposedly non-adjustable. Constant flow is impossible to achieve without also having constant pressure through any given route of flow. The only way to achieve constant flow is with variable speed control on the pump and that pressure is usually sensed very near the pump so it only senses overall system pressure, just like a switch. So then, if you get a regular old pressure switch and set it to the aforementioned "trip" points, you'll have an "intelligent" controller for about 1/5 the cost of this device...and you will surely need an external accumulator if you don't want your pump frantically cycling on systems where the pump can overcome the flow demand of whatever is turned on. I talked to a stateside dealer and was able to get him to admit that the unit is a pressure switch with zero variable speed control.
