Yes, it's very liquidy....so get out your fingertip and spread it on. It applies wonderfully and offers amazing sheer coverage. It has never caused a breakout, pilling, or any irritation. Fantastic product.

I could not recommend this more!! I use the skin tint daily and it goes on so smooth allowing the perfect glow to your face. I get so many compliments and questions about what I use. It is very moisturizing for drier skin and matched my skin tone perfectly!

I like it! I have super hormonal, acne-prone skin and it hasn’t broken me out in any noticeable way. The coverage is LIGHTTTT especially if you wear it for hours on end. By the end of a six hour shift, it doesn’t really cover anything and it does pill depending on what you put under/over it. But it DOES even out my skin tone and feels good on the skin. It’s super dewy so no matte finish here.
