My first purchase of oyster sauce. Don't know what it *should* taste like...Only bought it to replicate the garlic green beans at the Chinese buffets.This is the ticket to making those beans taste like they should!

Great for cooking.
Edit: I get that food items shouldn’t able to be returned if you simply didn’t like the item but when it comes broken or opened they need to do returns. It was a pain to get a refund from Amazon.Not sure what other brands taste like but this worked well in all the dishes I’ve used it in.

I don't know what regular commercial oyster sauce tastes like, but I like this!I can't tolerate gluten and many additives and preservatives, so I tried this for my stir fries and I love it! 💗It's nice and thick. A couple tablespoons will lightly coat a wok full of stir fried veggies

Great without all the junk
