Came with tempered glass screen protector which I didn't realise as bought some so we now have spares. Haven't tested out the waterproof but on inspection the flaps covering the headphones jack, charging port and so on are tight and if you don't have nails a bit tricky to open. The speaker tone is very good, not tinny as I was expecting. Easy to set up. Will wait & see what the battery life is like but so far I'm very happy with it. UPDATE:- Now had it on for a full day and battery still over 90% so very happy. Please note however that I use the phone very lightly so heavier use may use a bit more.

Great phone for the price

I need to send my faulty phone back to you.
I bought the above phone for My disabled son so he could keep in contact with me. Now the phone is not working and I can't get the issue resolved. It work ok for about one month.

Great workhorse for delivery work
This is my 4th one of these. They take a battering as a parcel courier. Eventually the battery connection/battery charge fails after around 2.5 years but I still come back to Ulefone. This one is slightly taller than the phone it replaced. The are sturdy, heavy weight and easy to use. If you need a phone to withstand the weather and heavy usage then these are great.

Doesn't hold up to its destination of the phone
I really love the phone I have dropped so many times I have lost count and also I have told alot of my friends about how truff the phone is but they don't believe me so I have to show them that the phone is built rugged to take the accidents and not accidents and the phone is good in that way but there is only one real problem I have with the ulefone armory X12 is that in the description it says it accepts Vodafone Sim but it doesn't as I have put my partners Vodafone Sim in the phone and it doesn't pick it up nothing no signal nothing kinda disappointed with that
