Ive read the seller will put a sticker on it covering up the instructions or name.** A: I don't know about a sticker but the wrap itself is printed with guides to how much to stretch it and so on. There is a pattern of a grid printed on. For tourniquet use you stretch until the pattern becomes squares, for pressure wrap it is somewhat. SWAT-T is Stretch, Wrap, and Tuck, so application is simple. If you are trying to out it on your own arm, hold the loose ends in your mouth for the first couple of turns. **Q: What is the shelf life of the tourniquet** A: Hello, the SWAT- T Tourniquet does not have an expiration date listed by the manufacturer.
