Zipper hard to close and bag is sagging - needs inside support improvement to make bag not slump. Looks great people comment looks nice. But zippers not good, or don't align well.

I got this as an early Christmas present for my husband, he loved it. He loved the quality of the the leather & all the pockets & areas to organize what he needs to carry to see his clients. This is a great bagm & you won’t regret buying it

My first impression of this bag was that it was incredibly nice looking. The leather has a nice distressed look to it that should age well. The overall design looks fantastic, and the leather itself is very heavy (in a good way). I like the interior compartments a lot. They are well thought out and work perfectly for my day to day needs (laptop, portfolio, cables, a few files, etc.). The zippers are extremely well made and glide smoothly every time. The shoulder strap has a nice padding that makes it very comfortable to carry, even with the heavy weight of the bag. I'm disappointed in the design of the magnets that keep the outer flap closed. They simply don't work 90% of the time. The magnets are week and nearly impossible to line up without paying close attention to them. Once you do get them together, you have to be very careful that they don't pull apart. Stronger or larger magnets may have helped this. I do have a few concerns about the overall durability of the bag. While the leather is heavy and feels premium, the interior liner material feels thin and fragile. The bag has no studs on the bottom, so it tends to get scuffed up pretty easy if you're not careful where you sit it. There are also no rivets where the straps are, just stitching. I'm concerned that the stitching will eventually give way. Some comparable bags in this price range have rivets which offer extra reinforcement. Overall I love this bag, but for the price I think it has a few critical design issues and I'm not sure if it will hold up "forever". I took one star away for the magnets, and one star for the liner and durability concerns. If these couple issues were resolved I think this bag would be near perfect!

Very Unsatisfied with product. Issue with durability. Leather strap connection literally ripped off after less than 2 months of use. Repair ???
