Why won't the microphone connect? plugged it in but there's no sound

Make sure the receiver is connected to your speaker's MIC input or audio output port. Turn up both the speaker volume and microphone volume. The microphones are pre-paired and should connect automatically within seconds.

Can I use these microphones with a TV or smartphone?

The microphone is UHF Mics not Bluetooth Mics, is designed for speakers, PA systems, amplifiers, and karaoke machines with a microphone input and audio output port. They do not connect directly to TVs, phones, or tablets

How do I prevent feedback or squealing noise?

Keep the microphone behind the speaker and avoid pointing it directly at the speaker. Lowering the microphone volume slightly can also help eliminate feedback.

What kind of support is available after purchase?

Your purchase includes 1 year of support after purchase. Whether you need help with setup, troubleshooting, charging, pairing, or everyday use, our team is available to assist and ensure you get the best experience from your microphones.
