Will this steamer help eliminate milia on my under eyelids?

I am not 100% sure about that particular symptom but it gives a very nice and refreshing treatment. My problem was extremely dry skin as a result of chemotherapy. This unit did not necessarily cure it but it surely helped and made my face feel better. Was worth the price just for that.
