What is the inside diameter at the bottom? Thx

I don't have a good way to measure directly, but subtracting the approximate thickness of the metal from the outer diameter at the bottom, I get about 2.25"

Can i use this small shaker with a large non-cocktail kingdom tin i already have? will it create a tight seal?

It works. I used it once with a bigger stainless steel tin and the seal was decent. But stopped using it because the workmanships of the two tins did not match.
