Completely worthless
Absolute Garbage, horribly designed. The fan is weak, even on high. The pump doesn't move hardly any water to the top reservoir, so the filter never gets wet enough to cool anything. And the reservoir tray is the worst part of all - it's an absolute pain to remove and replace (especially when it's full of water. A box fan in the window on low provided more cool air than this thing on high. Returning tomorrow.

Don't waste your money.
This unit is underpowered. The water pump doesn't move much of a trickle through the unit and the fan is weak. There's hardly a difference between medium and high speed. This one's going back.
