UPDATE: Andre with customer service is beyond helpful. His response is speedy and gave several options for repair. Highly recommend this scooter for anyone with mobility issues! Less than a week of use and we started to hear a horrible noise coming from the rear axle. When we opened the fill plug and check the oil level in the rear differential it seems extremely low. Really really sad about this

Received the Mobility Scooter three days ahead of estimated time of delivery. Five stars go to the Seller and the freight companies involved. Especially, Forward Logistics driver who wheeled the Scooter to the garage for me; even though my 3 year old grandson questioned, "Why did you take so long?" In short order, my helper and I had the Scooter un-crated and true to the advertisements and reviews we were traveling around the neighborhood. So glad I am once again able to spend time outdoors with my grandson. We enjoyed a trip to the local park and had a wonderful time flying kites. One problem: I am a big man and two of the bolts holding the seat prod into my hips. Hopefully, reversing the nuts to the exterior will solve the problem. I am looking forward to many excursions out into our town and neighborhood. I have already recommended this freedom to several of my neighbors. Thankfully, the only assembly required was installing the mirrors; definitely a selling point for my neighbors.

Excellent quality machine! Well built an sturdy! Goes over speed bumps with stability. Shipping was fast and shippers kept me informed each step. Seller was responsive, friendly and attentive to my questions. Smooth transaction!

easy use but no paper work

This Scooter is awesome! I lost the ability to ride a two or three wheel bike/trike because of my balance issues. This is exactly what I needed to get outdoors and enjoy the day! It’s sturdy and looks stunning. Hopefully I’ll be enjoying riding it for many years to come! Also the customer service is really great. They responded very kindly each time I reached out with questions. I recommend this store!

When we read the review, it stated a warranty was available and offered "top-notch customer service" There is no name or telephone # available. No information as to warranty or a manual was included. Have no way to ask questions if one should arise. We are very uncomfortable not having this available to us

I love it, easy to operate, being in the great outdoors, going to the store, visiting our neighbors! This machine is great.

I love this scooter. It’s so easy to manipulate and comfortable to drive and ride. It’s more than I expected and the seller has the best Customer Service which is rare these days.
