Honestly, I've used a ton of supplements that never did me any good. I stopped using protein powder and multi-vitamins and creatine for year, yet still managed to get my bench from 205 to 275. However, I hit a plateau and was very wary about trying supplements again. I found this after some research on Google and Amazon on what real users thought. After using this SuperPump, I am happy to say that I felt strong and focused. My basketball game even increased a 2-fold, with my focus through the roof... believe me, i'm sure this product and my hoop-game is correlated, since I have finished it for 2 weeks and I suck now. The bottom line is, this product has worked for me, when kre-akalyn and legal testosterone boosters didn't. Strange how things work out, I firmly believe different people and different bodies take things in with varying success. I do recommend SuperPump.. I got orange, which was very tasty. I hear blue raspberry is even better.

TL;DR: Gives you energy, focus, and increased blood flow. Less jittery feeling than SuperPump 250. Overall better. After using SuperPump 250 for over a year, I switched to this version about 2 months ago. Overall, I like it better than the original version. It makes me feel less jittery and more focused than SuperPump 250 ever did. Also, I can take a full scoop of this and not feel sick, whereas a full scoop of 250 would make me feel nauseous and ruin the workout. It still feels as if it increases blood flow. They used to advertise it on the 250 bottles as "increased vasularity." The veins on my arms do indeed enlarge and my muscles appear larger when I'm in the middle of a workout using this. Aside from aesthetics, I believe my muscles don't tire out quite as quickly because of it. On average I'd say I get an extra 2-3 reps out of each set when using this as opposed to not using any pre-workout supplement. I've also taken Jack3d by USP Labs and Black Powder by MRI for several months, but I prefer SuperPump Max over them too. A note about taking it: Start drinking it about 30 minutes prior to arriving at the gym and sip through it. If you drink it all at once it'll hit you hard and your energy will die off within the hour. If you drink it slowly then it'll stay in your system longer. That's probably common sense, but if this is your first supplement you may not realize that.

I've been using this product for years and my last purchase was in Dec 2020. I noticed when I mixed the first dose it was clear in color (it was supposed to be orange flavor) and the taste was awful. I've been using it anyway due to the cost. It appears the orange flavoring was not added to the product when it was made.

This is a great product. I went from not working out for months, to working out a straight hour with no problems. The endurance was amazing. No beta alanine so no itchy feeling. This is definitely going to be my go to pre-work out from here on out.
