I’ve been dealing with neck tension for a while, and this device actually gives real relief. It’s easy to set up, feels sturdy, and only takes a few minutes to use. I had bought this harness before, and it was able to hold a lot of weight, for many months before the support hooks ripped out. I just bought a new one, and the hooks ripped completely off on the first pull,. They must have cheaped out on the stitching.

Because it's only held on by a velcro that isn't even thick is width it can hold me up suspended by the neck but it's not going to last long I can tell. It's a purchase to make if you want to see if you'd use a product like this cuz it's cheap. Now that I've used it if I want to continue doing this practice I would want to use a product that had better materials.
