Amazing Quality and Value
This pump works great and was very easy to install. The HVAC guy gave me a quote of $360 for the part plus labor and it was going to take a few days. I ordered this one from Amazon and it came the next day. I had it installed in a few minutes and it is working great. It even came with a generous amount of new tubing.

2/5ths of an inch is 3/8ths of an inch - this is important.
Works great. Using for a condensate pump for my hybrid water heater. I've been using it for three years, no issues. If I have to replace, I'll go with this. $60 is cheap compared to the ones at HD or Lowes. One thing of note: 2/5 of an inch? WTF? Functionally, that's the same as 3/8 of an inch. Doing the math, that is 32/80ths and 3/8 is 30/80ths. So the difference is 1/40th of an inch. Hope that helps people who need more condensate line.

Did not last 24 hours
Finally got around to installing this. Worked for test, next morning, mopping up floor, water overflowing, no alarm. Defective and return window is closed.

Lemon?
I purchased one in July of 2024 and it didn’t last one year. When it worked it did quite well keeping up with the dehumidifier. It would purge about four to six times per hour in the summer months. After four to six months it started to struggle , cleaning the holding tank did not solve the problem and the motor/pump noise got louder then just quit. I’ve read good reviews on this unit that’s why I bought it. Maybe I just got a lemon. After writing this review I was contacted by a representative from the manufacturer and issued a replacement at no charge since the pump was less than a year old. Hope for good results with the new unit.

I used this for my HAIER twin hose portable AC unit. Most portable AC units have serious condensation problems only cured in humid climates by attaching a hose to the rear middle of the unit. Unfortunately you cannot attach this hose and get it up and out a window without a pump of some kind. Get a 3 foot section of garden hose, plug it straight into one of four provided hose holes in this unit and then run the 5/8 flexible tubing out your window and away from your siding and it will near silently pump out condensate. I live in eastern Canada and humidity here is 60-90 percent during the summer and the units cannot keep up without a way to drain out all that condensation. Not having a pump can lead to leaking into your flooring or carpet and cause major damage. Adding this pump to a floor AC unit dropped my humidity by 30% and its not flooding my floor anymore. Great solution, wish I had known sooner.

The directions are not the most helpful but I found a video on you tube which helped. After watching the video was easy to install

Using this pump to fit into a very tight space below a fan coil to deal with a situation where gravity alone is insufficient to drain condensate. The pump is quiet (when behind drywall) and pumps out accumulated liquid quickly. Each cycle is approximately 5 seconds. I wish there was a way to set the float, because the difference between the water level that triggers the pump and the water level it pumps down to seems to be just a few hundred mL, which results in it running frequently for short durations. The tank can handle several litres of water, but used as a condensate pump (where accumulation is relatively slow), there is never a chance for the tank to fill beyond the preset level that triggers the pump (which is about half capacity). The tank also never pumps down completely (the point at which the pump shuts off is ~1-2 L of water), so there will be stagnant water at the end of the season. Has lasted one summer so far; will update this review if and when it fails. I purchased this over a competing brand due to this unit having slightly smaller dimensions.
