I recently got the SPOVEN Desktop Water Dispenser Pump, and I can’t believe how much it has simplified my daily hydration routine! As someone who loves drinking water but often finds myself struggling with heavy 5-gallon bottles, this little gadget has been a total game-changer. First off, the adjustable height design is genius! It fits perfectly on my kitchen counter and even on my bedside table. No more awkwardly lifting those bulky bottles to pour water into glasses—now I just press a button, and it dispenses the perfect amount every time. It’s so convenient, especially during those late-night cravings for water! I also love that it’s portable and charges via Type-C. I can easily take it with me when I travel or even just move it around the house without any hassle. The sleek black design looks great in any setting, and it doesn’t take up much space at all. This has been one of my favorite purchases. I live in a small studio and don’t have room for a large dispenser. It’s aesthetically perfect, functions great, long battery life and easy to use!

I love this product. I really do. But it has a design flaw. The first one I bought shorted out within days, maybe a week. It started turning on and off randomly in the middle of the night pouring water everywhere. When I looked at the reviews I noticed that a lot of other people were having the same problem. At first I just thought it was a fraudulent product. But I liked it so much I gave it a second chance, hoping that maybe I just got a defective one. When I got the second one, I realized that the water spout is directly above the buttons that control the pour settings located on the top edge of the base. Any amount of water that drips from the spout, or overspills from your glass, even a small amount of condensation will run directly inside the cracks of the buttons and into the base, where of course the internal circuitry is located. In short, the water pump isn't water proof! What I did is simply cover the base with saran wrap. It doesn't look great and I am sure that there are other solutions that would be more long lasting, but this is simple and keeps the water from running into the buttons. See the pictures below. Anyway, when the company redesigns this product I hope they send me a free one for engineering contribution. In the meantime it is working and I might add that I have tried several other water pumps and this one is best, if you can keep it from getting wet!

I keep a 2–5 gallon jug hidden under my desk, completely out of sight, and having the dispenser right beside me has genuinely encouraged me to drink more water throughout the day. The button functionality is smooth and responsive, giving a clean start and stop with a single tap, and the flow rate is just right for quickly filling a cup without splashing. It’s also very easy to use; setup takes only a minute, and once it’s going, the water tastes clean and fresh with no odd flavors. I keep mine plugged in at the desk, so it’s always ready to go. Overall, this little pump is a convenient, space-saving way to improve daily hydration, and it fits seamlessly into any desk setup.

Easy to install ! Great for kids to pour their own glasses of water . Convenient

Fixed it, Used once and it sat till I got 5 gallon and it did not work. After deciding to use it for parts instead of returning it, Looked at how it worked, - under the rubber feet, 4 screws bottom comes off. Three boards, four plastic wire connections all sized to not be confused, so some thought was put into design. Pulling battery and usbc, reset device, but it was not until after removing all plugs to buttons, pump, battery letting everything reset started dispensing water on my lap. Twice, once by touching some wires inside. So after putting everything back together the one button for power is all so dispense, its a tap to dispense, long press 2 seconds to turn on turn off, works with red light or blue light - its always ready to dispense with a tap if do not press a long press on power to turn off, after turning it off tap will not dispense, press long press to turn back on and tap to dispense. I would repeat process if it gets stuck in a non working mode again. 4 stars because its doing what I want, but it probably not a product for everyone especially with it going into a need to be reset state and only way out is by unplugging everything from boards. A reset button to do this process is needed.

I am always thirsty so I like that I can have water right by my bed. I didn’t do it like a desktop. I did it beside my bed and it works really well. I didn’t know that you had to keep it charged. I think that would be my only like complaint. It doesn’t hold a charge. It’s not worth taking a star off because it works perfect perfectly. I just would’ve preferred that it holds a charge. It seems terrible. It’s easy to use. I love that it could be adjusted for your glass or your mug. I think it was worth the purchase.

The only dispenser that lasted more than 2 months! I got mine 15 months ago and it is still going! I love that it is very convenient and no more back pains.
