Excellent piece of equipment. I bought this to do more productive goblet squats. It works exactly as described. Each line is marked with its degree of angle. This gives you a sense of repetitive precision each time you set up for a set of squats. It is surprisingly lite, 5x times liter than the squat wedge my power lifter brother uses, and yet is surprisingly strong. This wedge is also good for Achilles calf stretches. I will buy another to keep in the car to use before workouts at the beach, and I'll get one for my brother if he wants one. JK

I have been using this personally and with my clients for about a week. The material is durable, but I'd recommend wearing shoes because bare feet tend to slide. I think the angles are helpful to recreate your perfect squat, but as a taller guy I need to stand on the outside of the lines.
