Love the size, I also think it is a durable mat and works very well for a lot of exercises: cardio, weights and quite good for pilates. It is not as padded as I expected (using on a bare laminate floor) for things like the frogger or boat pose. The knobbly texture is a double-edged sword: provides better grip if you drip sweat on the mat but it isn't really comfortable on bare skin and traps dust. The mat has a mild smell that quickly dissipated within a day or two and it lays perfectly flat each time I unroll it (twice a day). Compared to the other mats readily available in this price range on Amazon I am really content with this purchase.

I am currently using this mat in my home gym. I was sceptical at first whether it could be used directly on top of carpet without the mat moving as I exercised. So far it seems fine with weight plates placed on each corner. I have yet to try without the plates holding it down. I have my rowing machine set up on top of the mat and it has stayed perfectly in place when rowing hard.It is comfortable to exercise on, but would not offer much padding if you were to drop heavy weights on it. The mat deforms when heavy weights are placed on it for long periods but does eventually return to its original shape.

Brilliant mat, it's perfect size for my new home gym, fits my workout bench dead in the centre and still smoke room either side for working out with dumb bells, easily cleaned, well packaged, can easily fit two people working out at the same time if needed, great value for money

I have received the item it is big enough but the problem is tht is written tht u will recieve with the mat a set of HAPBEAR resistance bands 4 in the picture there was none at all even one. So tht made me sad because the money was high and expensive.

I recently upgraded to this larger yoga mat, and it has made a big difference in my home workouts. The size is exactly what I needed, offering plenty of room for stretching, weights, and floor exercises without feeling cramped like on a standard narrow mat. It stays in place, has a comfortable amount of cushioning, and feels sturdy under my feet.I included a photo so you can see the size compared to a regular mat. I still use the small mat as well, but I stay mainly on the larger mat as it offers a lot of space to move around. If you do YouTube workouts (as I do), mobility routines, or just want more space to move, this mat is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
