hurts at first but WORKS
i bought this bc i sit at a desk 8hrs a day and my neck was always stiff — like, “can’t turn to check blind spot” stiff. First time using it? Yeah, it felt weird. Kinda pinchy. Read the instructions — don’t pump it up all the way right away. Started at two pumps. 5 mins. Felt… strange. But light. value for money? cheaper than ONE chiropractor visit. i’ve used it 20+ times already. paid for itself day one. effectiveness? legit. not placebo. actual relief. less headaches. less “ugh my neck is stuck.” can turn my head now without sounding like popcorn. easy to use? yeah. pump, lay down, chill. no apps. no charging. no confusing buttons. velcro straps are simple — just snug, not tight. my mom (68) uses it too. if she can, anyone can. Day 3 — 4 pumps. 7 mins. That’s when I felt it—that release. My shoulders dropped by half an inch. Slept better that night. Now I use it 3x a week. 5-6 pumps. 10 mins. While watching Netflix. No pain. Just stretch. My chiropractor even asked what I’ve been doing lol. It’s not magic. You gotta use it. Consistently. And don’t overpump — your neck ain’t a bike tire. Downside? The Velcro is loud. And it smells like new plastic for like 3 days. But who cares? My neck doesn’t crack when I look left anymore

helps to relief the pain, but check with your doctor fist
I had terrible neck pains lately, due to the wrong posture in front of the computer, and my doctor advised me to get a traction device, which would help me to stretch my neck and release the pressure. When I saw this device, I found that this is exactly what I need. No matter how many times I red the manual, I was not able to set it up by myself, therefore I asked my doctor to help me with it, which I felt to be the best way to go forward, so that he can see and approve the device and help me to set it up. Apparently, if you know what you're doing, the setup is very easy and straightforward. All you have to do is set the device around your neck and build some pressure in the system, using the hand pump provided, so that the device will start to stretch your neck, decompressing the bones and releaving the neck tension. Now that the doctor has shown me how to do it, I can do all the setup myself without any issues. I wear the device only a few times a day, 10-15min each time. I have already noticed positive improvements, I stopped having pains in the morning. The device works great, but I would advise you to check it with your doctor and seek his approval and decision whether it is suitable to use this device for your situation.

Took some getting used to
There's a bit of learning curve to get this on so that it doesn't feel like it's trying to push my head off. I took it steady and made an effort not to force anything and eventually for it to a point where it was, if not comfortable then at least tolerable for a few minutes. At the end of the day it's forcing a structural change on your neck so it isn't meant to be comfortable, and once it is then it's done its job. This is very much how I've found it over the last couple of days, it gets just a little bit easier each time it's on. Build quality feels excellent and it's as sturdy as I'd expect something like this to be. The padding doesn't look like much but it does feel sufficient for the most part. There's a bit of a balance between function and tolerance where you need it to be uncomfortable enough to it's thing without making it a miserable experience and the padding is definitely on the right side of this. I can't really comment on the price as I have nothing to compare it with, but I can absolutely believe this to be worth £150.

It works, but is painful to use for some people.
I can see how this product can be effective. Sadly the materials used are really cheap, and if you have a pronounced adams apple, it will hurt. I’ve tried all adjustments and it just isn’t comfortable. If the chin supports had thicker foams, it would be pleasant to use, instead, just a sharp digging pain.
