Update - Customer service finally got back to me and they were great! Very helpful and replaced the ice maker since it was still under the one year warranty. Good ice maker to start. Very loud but we put up with it. Now after 7 months of use, it died and will not make ice. Followed all suggested cleaning over the 7 months but after a long VERY loud grinding yesterday, stopped working. Look for other options unless you have $190 to spend every 7 months.

Very frustrated! This is the second nugget ice maker (different brands) I have bought and had to return this month. Our old Siloon bullet maker went out at 2 years old. It was great but wanted to try nugget ice. This one worked for 1 day. This morning the red light was on but tank was full. No ice had been made. I turned it off and back on but now it is just running and not making any ice after 2 hours. It sounds louder and seems hot. So I have turned it off for good. It makes a hiss after turning it off. I am sad the ice was really nice but I think I will just return these do not seem to be built to last.

We are happy with our purchase. It makes great ice in a short time, as described in the product information. We were surprised that there was no way to keep the ice frozen in this machine. It had to be used pretty quickly OR saved in our freezer to prevent melting. However, storing them in a ziploc bag works very well. The cubes didn't stick together. We thought the size of the cubes were exactly what we expected! This company shipped it, and we received it in the time promised.

We are loving our countertop ice machine. It's a little slow making the ice, but that's not a problem for us. We make a basket full and put it in a zip lock bag in the freezer until we need it. You can't leave the ice in the basket once it's finished because it will melt. It takes about an hour to make a full basket. I love the tiny nugget cubes it makes. I also love that we can use the filtered water from our fridge in this machine. I would highly recommend this product.

Makes high quality nugget ice and is faster than 15 minutes. I have used this for 2 years now, and it makes enough for all 4 kids to have ice for their water bottles before they leave for school. It’s worth the money. Not silent but the sound doesn’t bother anyone here.

Machine worked for exactly 1 yr. My machine made it from march 2025 to march 2026 before it started giving me problems. A few days after the year was up it started making a horrid noise like the machine was about to blow up. I unplugged it for 2 days and tried again and the noise was still there. I unplugged it again with the intent to properly dispose of it but after sitting unplugged for 3 months I decided to try again. Miraculously the noise was gone. 2 days ago it has completely stopped making ice. If you only want a machine temporarily this is the brand to get.

I got the ice maker in October and it already stopped working. I’ve cleaned it, descaled it, run the self cleaning cycle numerous times. Poor product. I dont recommend this brand at all. Definitely DO NOT PURCHASE
