The chewable bites are great in a pinch if you don’t have easy access to a glass and water, but it takes about two of them to have the same effect as one Eno sachet. They contain no sugar, but it would be nice if they acted faster.

I used these first time. We have been using eno since when I was a child. This one is like chewing gum with calcium tablets type taste plus lemony flavour. It's convenient if you are somewhere outside with no water or glass etc. It was not instant relief like the powdered brother, but it was still ok. This review is based on one tablet intake right now. Hope it helps. Make sure you chew on mouth, not swallow as per instructions.
