This flour has made it almost impossible for me to buy bread from outside anymore. It has encouraged me to try different sourdough bread recipes, and eating whole, healthy bread keeps me full for much longer which has been really helpful for my weight loss. I highly recommend it.

Stunningly good flour!
I bought this because my local supermarket has put up the price of the only type of wholemeal flour they stock (that Allinson rubbish) to such a level that I can now buy artisanal flour online for practically the same price. This is lovely, sweet tasting, rises well (make sure you let it prove for long enough) and much better for you than the usual steel roller milled because it still contains the wheatgerm. I'm sold. I'm buying this in future. Lovely.
