Ok so let the foam "inflate" overnight before giving it a review. When I received it, I was unconvinced. It is not quite as advertised, which is why it gets 4 stars, but I'm using it now and it will work for my needs. It doesn't look like the pic but that's ok in this case because it should work for my desk.

I didn’t expect a foot rest to make such a noticeable difference, but this one genuinely improved my comfort while working at my desk. The foam is supportive without being too firm, and the two adjustable height options make it easy to find the right position depending on how long I’m sitting. I originally bought it to help with lower back and knee discomfort during long workdays, and it’s definitely reduced strain and improved my posture. The rocking feature is also surprisingly helpful for keeping my legs moving throughout the day. The cover is soft, easy to remove, and washable, which is a huge plus. It also looks clean and professional under the desk instead of bulky or awkward. Overall, this feels much higher quality than I expected for the price. Great option for anyone working from home, in an office, or even using it while relaxing at home.

The hight is not adjustable and all it is is soft foam pads with very little structure. The thing after a few weeks of use has deflated considerably. Not a good buy.

Muy cómodo y me ayudo mucho para la postura. No sube otro nivel si no que se abre para tener un nivel más bajo cuando se abre pero no tiene algo que lo haga subir de nivel.
