Saw this in harrods they wanted £45 so thought id come find one cheaper on here. Does exactly the same job. It works at its best when it’s fully charged ! Son LOVES it xx

I purchased this orb ball as a Christmas gift but was deeply disappointed with every aspect of this product and the subsequent customer service. The build quality was shockingly poor - the ball felt flimsy and cheap, nothing like what was advertised.The battery performance was even worse. On first use, it lost charge almost immediately. When attempting to recharge it, the ball wouldn't hold any charge at all, despite being left on the charger for well over an hour. This was clearly a defective product.I promptly returned the item, but this is where the real frustration began. The seller has completely ignored my messages and hasn't processed the refund. In over 20 years of shopping on Amazon, I've never experienced such poor service. I'm still waiting for any kind of response or resolution.To potential buyers: Save yourself the hassle and avoid this product. The combination of poor quality merchandise and unresponsive seller makes this one of the worst purchasing experiences I've had on Amazon.Would not recommend under any circumstances - luckily Amazon has good customer service and sorted it themselves

Item arrived damaged and broken, the ball inside has been squashed and unable to use it, after I requested a refund I had to pay for postage and spend half of value of the item! Not worth it !

Previously said product hadn’t arrived. It has now and works perfectly
