HOLDER

I was not sure what I was going to end up using this container for, but I had a few ideas...eggs, packages of sausage and bacon in the fridge to keep the shelf clean, ice cubes. I only purchased one because I wanted to see if it was going to be a good quality for the price first. I ended up using it for ice cubes. We just bought a new fridge with the freezer drawer on bottom. The ice bin is huge and takes up too much room. Plus we don't like refrigerator ice and make our own ice with filtered water in ice cube trays. I like the way this container fits in the freezer. The handle is a bit wobbly considering the container is so sturdy, but it doesn't feel like it will break. But I would not put anything heavier than ice in there myself. I found it easy to get in and out of the freezer drawer. It holds at least 6 Sterilite or Rubbermaid ice cube trays. I can't remember which of those brands we just purchased. The dimensions are accurate. There were 3 little globs of glue holding on the paper inside. I washed the container with Dawn dishwashing soap and that helped a bit. I then took an alcohol wipe, 70%, and was able to get almost all of it off. I read directions on Amazon and it said this is not dishwasher safe. It is easy to hand wash though, so I have no problem with that. Other reviews mentioned containers were scratched and/or scuffed up due to lack of care when packaging. This container came alone in a similar size box and was wrapped in brown paper, and it was not overly scratched or damaged. I will purchase more of these containers. I really like the one I have and can think of several uses for more.

Decent container, except the handle is kind of flimsy and seems like it could potentially break in time.

True to size. The handle is pretty wiggly. I use mine for ice but you can not use the handle to carry it. The handle is so fragile & will snap.

Great Ice Bin! I don't have an ice maker in my apartment freezer, and since I live in Arizona, ice is a must! I bought a countertop ice maker on prime day, and as I make ice throughout the day, I fill up this ice bin in the freezer. It holds a lot of ice, without taking up too much space. It cleans up well and easily. It fits perfectly in my little freezer, and it looks good.

I use it for ice. It holds ice. I can’t confirm if it will hold anything else. But Ice is a go.

This item arrived today. It was cracked along the bottom and up one side. It shouldn't affect its ability to store things. Not sure if the durability of the product or the packaging technique is to blame, either way, its a little disappointing. It still seems like a great product so we will keep it to use.

The handle is pretty flimsy so I recommend to future customers to NOT hold the item up by just the handle. I had also put it in my dishwasher (top row) to wash and sanitize and the whole thing was warped. Was pretty disappointed with the overall item as it was not as I was expecting. However, I could see it being useful for lighter items and not ice cubes.
