What's the difference between the president and captain boot?

The Captain has a toe cap, hooks for the top 2 laces, and are made in mexico. The president has no toe cap, no lace hooks, and are made in the USA

Is this boot able to be resoled and is it durable enough to last that long?

Yes and one issue I've had is that I've torn the toe of my sole. I haven't bothered re-soling them yet because they aren't too bad. I love the boots though and have 3 pairs. I wear the daily and have no problems at all.

Do these fit true to size?
