works great, i transport on its side and it starts right up no issues. 2 cycle so just add fuel and go. be sure to follow break in period and it does whats its supposed to do

The media could not be loaded. Motor started on 3rd pull. And idles well enough during the break in period. I’m running double oil so it’s a bit smoky. But quiet and strong. Perfect motor for the ponds around me that require less than 10hp.***UPDATE****Motor performs decent. 14 foot fiberglass Jon boat. Two people it ran 6 mph at about 1/4-1/2 throttle. Still in break in period, and running double oil. Motor seems to have a skip. Might settle down when break in is over and running proper oil mix.Will update as needed.

Update* The first one they sent was in horrible packaging, beat up, and did not run. Then they tried to make me pay $200 to send back. Then after filling claim with Amazon finally sent me a new one after trying to get out of doing anything about the first motor sent. Turns out these motors do not run in high elevation lakes without needing adjustments (2 stroke) if able to adjust at all for high elevation. It will likely need to be adjusted either way any elevation. They have barely any gear oil and you will need to add gear oil. Pump and oil additional $60. Finally I was able to get it to run ok but kept cutting in and out and wont stay at a consistent speed. Overall experience not that great..
