ColorStay Suede Ink Lipstick, Gut Instinct

I’ve tried two shades of the ColorStay Suede Ink Lipstick (Feed The Flame and Gut Instinct) and while the overall formula is excellent, the results do vary depending on the shade. In terms of performance, the wear time is impressive across both colours. Once set, the lipstick lasts for hours with very little transfer and minimal fading. It feels lightweight for a long-wear matte and isn’t overly drying, which is a big plus for this type of formula. Gut Instinct is the standout for me. The colour is beautiful and very flattering, and it matched my expectations perfectly. It applies smoothly and evenly in one layer with no patchiness, and looks great throughout the day without needing frequent touch-ups. I’m genuinely very happy with this shade and would happily repurchase it. Feed The Flame, however, was more disappointing in comparison. The colour leans much more coral or orangey-red than the vibrant true red shown in the product images. It’s still a nice shade, just not what I was expecting. I also found the coverage to be less smooth on first application and it needed some layering to even it out, especially on drier areas. Overall, the formula itself is long-lasting, comfortable and high quality, but shade accuracy and initial coverage can vary. I would strongly recommend Gut Instinct, while Feed The Flame may suit those who prefer warmer, coral-toned reds rather than a true bold red.

Love this lipstick. Easy to apply and stays in place. If u want 'glossier' finish, simply apply gloss over top. I prefer more natural matt finish, and stays in place for long time

Nice colour. Texture is alright and good value for money as I got it on a deal. It is a lovely burnt orange with red mix which is lovely. It does stay on but if you eat anything it does wear off very quickly

I’m always on the lookout for a lipstick that’s easy to apply, not watery, transfer‑proof, and available in great shades — and I think I may have finally found my holy grail. The colours are gorgeous, it applies smoothly, and truly lasts for ages. It doesn’t transfer onto cups or glasses, which is a huge win. I even fell asleep with it on one night, and it was still perfectly in place the next morning. For the price, the performance is genuinely impressive, and I’d happily recommend it.

Lovely colour but definitely not colour stay. Also dries out the lips

I am really amazed by how beautiful this lipstick looks on my lips. It really feels soft matte on my lips, really light and easy to apply. It doesn’t really have a smell. It is indeed long lasting according to the price it is indeed a steal. I went to work with this lipstick on my co workers complimented on how good it looked. If you eat something you might have to touch up a bit overall it’s a great product by revlon. I will share you guys a picture of me wearing this lipstick.

Colour does not stay

Nice colour and it does last for entire day but as you go through the day lips start to feel dry. Application is hard

Der Lippenstift lässt sich gut auftragen und riecht angenehm. Die Hülle ist in ihrer Haptick so samtig wie das Produkt selbst. Durch die eckige Form der Hülle, die einen gut haltenden Decken besitzte, rollt der Lippenstift nicht weg und der Deckel hält zuverlässig, wenn man den Lippenstift in der Tasche mitnimmt. Denn nichts ist schlimmer als wenn der Deckel in der Tasche abgeht und Krümel in die Hülle kommen. Die Haltbarkeit ist gut und übersteht kleinere Angriffe durch Essen und trinken. Natürlich muß man nach einiger Zeit erneut auftragen, um den vollen Farbauftrag zu bekommen. Lediglich die Farbe sieht etwas kräftiger rötlich aus als die Fotos auf dem Bidschirm.

The best shade for the brown skin. Long lasting and budget friendly

I have bought so many of it for myself, my mum and even my gal . I highly recommend it. Stunning colours. Revlon always makes impeccable shades which works with a myriad of skin tones. Long lasting but it's lipstick 💄 and not liquid lipstick so I love it
