It's great I bought it for my mother the big buttons are easy to use and it's 4G O2 is switching of 3G and I needed to get a phone easy to use and functional and she is kept connected to the family with an easy to use phone to make calls and answer incoming call easily sound quality is great she hears the callers clearly, great value for money

Yes this item was a good looking phone and easy to use. Unfortunately we now have a redundant phone because we don't have a land line any more.

This is a big button mobile and thus aimed at the old who are likey to have poor eyesite and hearing It has no audible ring when receiving a call thus an old deaf person will not be able to answer calls The menu is inadequate for setting up contacts and impossible to find contacts This is basically useless for an old person who has poor eyesite and hearing I bought for my 98 year old mother and I went up to see her. She couldn't use it and by the time I tried to return it the return period had expired so I couldn't get my money back. Don't make my mistake DON'T BUY

My mum is 93 and I purchased this because her previous artfone C1 is only 2G/3G. It wasn’t receiving calls in dead spots at her apartment. This new phone is 4G capable and has better reception so now she’s able to receive calls. This phone uses a nano sim. All the facilities are easy to set up. The ring tones are a bit naff but they are audible and the ring tones are loud enough so my mum can hear them.

Great phone for my elderly mother, simple to use. Battery doesn't last very long, has to be on permeant charge. Very loud and annoying startup melody which can't be changed.

Very easy to see, large buttons, speech for each digit dialed. All normal facilities on a basic phone, unlocked, panic button with up to 5 presets, plus 9 speed dial presets. Prefers the larger SIM card, worth getting a SIM size kit if in doubt. Grips on either side, key lock button. Perfect for my 94yr old father-in-law. No internet facility. this is a nice & uncomplicated phone for older, less technically savvy people, but a HUGE oversight is that it only comes with a USB lead, no power adapter, and how many people who need a simple, non-complicated mobile are going to have access to a USB socket, well in the case of my mum, who I bought this for, none, so now I need to get her an adapter so she can actually use it, not a HUGE problem , but it really should have been included, or better yet, forgo the USB lead altogether and just have a lead with a plug on, that would've been the simple option for a simple phone

Preso per un parente avanti con l'età e ne è molto soddisfatto. Il telefono non ha bisogno di istruzioni, anche se presenti, in quanto è molto semplice con menù intuitivi. I tasti sono grandi e ben visibili ed il volume è più che sufficiente. Prezzo piccolo che non rispecchia la qualità del prodotto. Unico lato negativo è la scatola del prodotto che rileva un po' il basso costo, però sinceramente preferisco una scatola stile merendine e un prodotto valido che il contrario ;)

J’ai acheté ce téléphone portable senior pour une personne âgée et je ne regrette pas, ce téléphone est de très bonne qualité. Il est facile d’utilisation, la notice en français est claire. Ses grandes touches et sa fonctionnalité SOS sont très pratiques pour une personne âgée. S’agissant du réseau, le téléphone fonctionne sans problème avec le réseau Free. On peut passer des appels et envoyer/recevoir des SMS sans soucis. On peut mettre 2 cartes SIM, donc utiliser 2 lignes de téléphone. Il y a aussi un emplacement pour carte SD, au cas où on voudrait écouter de la musique (il y a une prise audio) ou importer des photos ou vidéos. Ça peut permettre aussi d’importer des fonds d’écran ou des sonneries. On reçoit le téléphone réglé en langue anglaise, je l’ai donc paramétré avec la langue française. Il y a plusieurs fonctionnalités autre que les sms, comme la lampe torche, une calculatrice, un calendrier, l’alarme, tout ceci est bien pratique. Il y a aussi la radio FM soit en recherche automatique ou alors en recherche manuelle et ça marche très bien, aussi bien en entrant la fréquence qu’en recherche, il détecte bien les chaînes de radio et on entend bien : je suis bluffée. J’ai put entrer des contacts dans le répertoire facilement : bien pratique pour une personne âgée pour éviter de composer le numéro de téléphone pour les numéros importants. Je suis satisfaite de ce téléphone et la personne à qui il est destiné aussi. Bon achat pour une personne âgée, bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande.

molto leggero e di facile utilizzo, il blocco tastiera si ottiene con il semplice spostamento di un pulsante laterale. La suoneria ha un buon volume quindi ottima per persone anziane. Lo schermo nonostante sia di piccole dimensioni i caratteri sono ben visibili. Il volume in chiamata é ottimo e la chiamata priva di disturbi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

ottimo telefono ,leggero e pratico per anziani! ha anche una torcia per la notte! batteria estraibile e tasto sos nella parte posteriore del tel per chiamate di emergenza! Manuale in inglese ma è facile da capire. il tel è in italiano la tastiera è retroilluminata.La presa di corrente non è inclusa.

Consegna come sempre rapidissima. Il telefono fa quello che deve fare: pochi fronzoli, funzioni essenziali. Per una persona anziana va bene.
