Great quality. Super comfortable. They have given 2 years warranty. Let's see how durable is the product. It's annoying to adjust it to car seat every time but it's worth doing as the offered comfort is premium. You can remove the cover and wash it. Doesn't generate heat.

I ordered 2 neck rest with description while they were poor in quality and the foam was horrible and shape changing (not memory foam) even with simple pressure, no rebound. This is PERFECT exactly how I wanted. I have been using neck rest pillow but this brand for the first time, this is extremely comfortable, I liked the large size. right colour, height. Its light weight and good quality worth 1000 bucks.
