Bought this in December Went to fit it in February but found missing part . Contacted plumworld and replacement part sent asap . Fitted end of February and all was fine till beginning of July when it stopped working . Contacted them again and explained what had happened and a new replacement was sent at no charge. Amazing customer service thank you

Rubbish
Lasted just over the guarantee then died, tripping electric. Sewage water flowed backwards and my downstairs bathroom now stinks of pee. Rubbish product!

Great replacement for Sanilav at £99.97!
Our plumber was very impressed with this macerator and it took him no time at all to install. Works well, great fit and fairly quiet. Thanks Plumbworld! Sanilav macerators are now so expensive!

Does the job
Bought as a replacement for previous model in which the motor had burnt out after two years relatively light use - 3 or 4 flushes per day. Chose the same model for ease of installation but have my fingers crossed that we'll get greater longevity out of this one!

Does the same job as product 5 times the cost!
Replacement for a saniflo product slightly different set up so had to change pipe work a bit but was a fifth of the price so we'll worth it. Had it 12 months now and is still working fine
