No voltage at all being produced
Regardless of the wind speed, this unit produces no voltage at all. It is a complete waste of money. I will be asking for my money back.

Conversions of Relevant Data
Do you enjoy looking up information on a product just to see if it is usable to you, probably not. So here is some of the provided information converted to real world numbers: Start wind speed:1.3 m/s (4.67 KPH or 2.9 MPH) Cut-in wind speed:2.5 m/s (9 KPH or 5.6 MPH) Rated wind speed:11 m/s (39.6 KPH or 24.6 MPH) Max wind speed:≤40 m/s (144 KPH OR 89.5 MPH) Rated voltage:12V/24V/48V Max power:3000 W Work environment temperature:25~+45℃ (77°~+113°F) With a cut-in speed of 5.6 MPH it's not bad. Rated for winds of 24.6 MPH but the glaring flaw is the operational temperature of 77-113°F, maybe it was supposed to be -25℃ which would then make it -13°F to 113°F. We'll never know, because the warranty is in the details. But hopefully you find this info useful.

Size would be nice.
I saw in the picture that it was mounted above a VAN. That's really useful, however, posting the measurements would be more helpful. Showing the speed limitation of 80 MPH is nice too
