My main issue is that nowhere in the listing does it show a power cord or state it needs to be plugged in. Surprise.... it does. The power cord is decently long enough but still a bit frustrating when I wasn't expecting it. As a memory foam lumbar pillow - its great! Wish I had gotten one of these sooner, my back has been SO terrible at my desk for months. As a heater / warmer - it works well but a little janky. The low mode can barely be felt, the high mode is great. As others have said it starts to turn itself down after about half an hour but re-toggling the buttons brings it back up to hot again. The timers don't really work As a massager - it's a little simple but I like it! It has three modes, various levels of pulsing. There is no constant "on" vibration mode. I left the vibration on and after about 20 min it turned itself off, but was easy to toggle back on again. In the end, I like the product but it's not perfect. I typed this review while using it and I'm feeling significant relief from doing some physical labor today that made my back flare up a bit. It will definitely help you feel better, just don't expect it to work flawlessly.

Thick and supportive. Got this to watch TV. It's pretty amazing, as it is heated by USB charging. Never seen that on a support pillow before. A great idea. I am using it without the heat because it is summer and the AC is broken, so the lower back support alone is just fine. Thicker than my two other back pillows. Very comfortable and firm.

Wow this is a nice little massager. Great for the lower back! It has a nice mild vibration with a just right heat setting. The size is nice making it not big and bulky and easy to take with you. I am even going to try it in my truck. Later I will try it on my shoulders but right now it feels too good on my lower back.

I wanted this to use on my recliner but it's too thick. It pushes my back out so much that it hurts. I decided to use it on my racing rig. I tend to get back and shoulder aches after playing for a few hours. This thing is perfect for that. It would be perfect for my recliner if it was an inch thinner. The heat and vibration functions work well. There are multiple settings for the vibrations and I liked one and not the other. I used the vibration and heat as I tested it on my recliner and it felt great, it was just too much lumbar support. I tried using heat on my racing rig but that's a big no no. My body temp already rises while I'm racing and the vibrations mess with my eyes...can't have that. All in all, this would be great if I could use it on my recliner, but unfortunately, it causes more problems than I want to deal with. I'll keep it on my racing rig and hope that I compress it enough that it'll be useful on my recliner.
