I have arch and angle pain, and these insoles are so helpful. These adjust the right amount of support when I add them underneath the original insoles of my sneakers. I’ve used them in my Asics and Hokas. Once they are in place, they stay where they’re supposed to, and visually it’s hard to tell that they’re in. But once I put my foot in my shoe, I can definitely feel the difference right away, in a good way. I can walk a mile or two without feeling any pain, and when I get home, my feet are not bothering me. I’ve been wearing these for a few weeks, and I’m really impressed. I also have these in the high arch model, and I think I like these better for comfort. The high arch model really is high and very firm, and this is a little bit more natural feeling. I’ll probably get a few pair of these.

Not completu satisfied with the materials they are made from. Not exactly like the ones from Good Feet but similar. Same design but out of a different material. I have the Good Feet ones

terrible..very uncomfortable!

I’m afraid I was not able to use these as they were very hard and hurt my feet. I do know people that have used them and love them but they weren’t for me.

My husband works in construction, and his feet are always hurting him, so I've been on a quest to help him find something that actually works, and now I've found it! When we first received the inserts, we thought how is this going to help the pain? We don't know how they work, all we can say is that they do! Husband says the foot pain is MUCH better, and has noticed improvement with his knees, as well. Win- Win!

I've tried other orthodics, and was pleased with them. The sales approach made me try these, but not to my liking.

These are perfect for everyday use — going to the gym, walking, traveling, etc. I like these because they are thin enough to put in your shoes without it making your shoes tight and they add so much comfort!! I have very flat feet so sometimes other orthotics can make my feet sore but these were comfortable from the first use. If you have actual foot issues you probably would want a more drastic arch like NFO’s Intermediate insoles (I have those too, they’re great), but these are perfect to just slip into your vans/converse when you want a bit more support.
