This sea moss is great calms your stomach, great gut health from taking this, and clears mucus, after a long run no mucus, clear, just brilliant. Easy to take and tastes fine, highly recommend.

Definate all round improvements. Energy has returned, the post lunch dip has all but disappeared. Small changes, at 75 I'm pretty fit however my resting heart rate has dropped by 4or5 beats per minutes.i feel my thinking is slightly clearer. Its possible I've had a minor thyroid issue most of my life, maybe this sea kelp has nudged it in the right direction. The only minor issue is a small amount of constipation.
