Love this machine! I let my sister borrow it for a vacation she and her hubby were going on. They loved it so much that they bought one of their own. It really firm's and tones you with no effort, you just stand there! I should say the first few times you use it you'll feel a burning or stinging sensation in your upper legs. Thats just the fat melting away ( in my opinion ). It'll subside with regular use. I used a machine similar to this consistently for 6 weeks before a beach vacation. A group of 20 something girls told me I had a nice 🍑...I was 46 at the time! Needless to say I bought one for home use. Buy it, use it, you wont regret it! 😉👏🫶☺️

The machine works great, but the first time use is very annoying because your whole body will be itching. I have two friends i recommended it to and they can't use it because they are always itching when they use it. I don't believe them until I stopped using it and came back to it after 5 months and my led were itching like crazy.

Helps a lot with pain. I keep injuring my right foot and ankle but every autumn when the temperature starts going down my left calf aches unbearably. I've damaged it from all the years of compensating for the right one. I got this for my birthday in July and only use it about once a week but this is the first autumn in years where my leg hasn't hurt so horribly bad. The vibration feels so good and helps me sleep too.
