I am building a home and considering this for antenna or catv distribution. How will this work? Is there a single input that will distribute output?

This is a panel with female to female couplers, it is not a splitter that is 1 in and 16 out, it is 16 in and 16 out so it would not work for what you need.

Are the bnc to bnc adapters isolated from the panel?

This one is not isolated BNC adapters, you would need the one that states they are isolated BNC adapters.

Is the impedence 75 Ohm or 50 Ohm?
