This is reliable and could be good use to help quit vaping by puffing on it like you would if you were to smoke, it’s good quality and I’ve had no issues or anything! It’s a decent product

This is basically a piece of tubing on a necklace and does nothing to simulate the feeling of smoking apart from placing it into the your mouth. There is no resistance when using, which is what I was looking for. If you are looking to replace the hand to mouth exercise, buy a lidded pen and use the lid - at least you'll have a pen too.

Should be 5 starts but my phone has a cracked screen and could tick the extra star . Grat product got 2 for my self and partner to stop smoking and we are both surprised how effective this is highly recommend if u want to stop or cut down without another substance alternative Also I have audhd and when im starting to feel unregulated it really helps being my breathing back under control Great size and really good length chain

Built well Good quality but there’s better alternatives

I've recently transitioned from.smoking to vaping and am now trying to reduce then quit the vaping. This is helping me immensely. Ref all the mixed reviews, this is a tool for mindful breathing to calm anxiety (in my case, associated with stopping smoking). So if you want a tool for mindful breathing....try it. If you are not committed to mindful breathing, don't!

I don't care what other people say but if you have a habit of the 🚭 then this will help you immensely especially if you put it to your outhouse every 2 or 3 minutes. It really does help beat the habit. You just imagine that it's your vape or cig and just pretend to let out smoke I know it sounds silly but trust me the psychological impact is that it tricks the brain and it soothes your withdrawal
