Used this when I tore the ligaments in my ankle. I’m a bigger woman, but this was very sturdy, very comfortable, fit perfectly and held my ankle strong during recovery. Was even able to be worn in my usual trainers - just had to loosen the laces slightly, but wasn’t enough to be noticeable - no one noticed I even had it on. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

My having had multiple occasions of need over a long life, for an ankle brace, I’ve gathered quite a collection—and none of them really satisfactory; but that’s because I misunderstood the true purpose of an ankle brace. It’s real purpose is not, as I once thought: to reduce pain—which they all, unanimously, do not do. Their purpose is to protect the ankle from being further damaged while nature takes its course and does the healing. All other ankle braces I’ve used seem to have relied on the principle of “elasticity is enough.” It isn’t. I’ve often re-sprained a “just bandaged” ankle. This one is different. It is so seriously reinforced against lateral rotation that I simply cannot imagine my ankle managing to “do it again” during the healing process. Amazingly light, it is at the same time a serious piece of kit! I was surprised to see that it came in a (rather classy, if somewhat redundant) pouch; but hey: it also comes with its own elastic sock; so that’s why. Neat! At least one reviewer has remarked that you cannot get a shoe on over this model. Turns out, it depends upon the shoe. Dress shoes are definitely out; but (with a little cajoling) I was able to get my foot into my running shoe. (Lots of lace, long tongue— with lots of eyelets, so plenty of stretch. A bit complicated, it might take you a minute to figure out how to put it on—but trust me: this is the one to buy.

Really please with this product it's simple to use and comes with a support sock and carry case. The sizing was perfect for me and it quick to get on. The straps keep it firmly in place and I can get my shoe on whilst wearing it. It gives great support and really helps me when I have a Gout flair up. It's comfortable to wear for long periods and even sleep in. Sleeping in it really helps me when I have a gout attack as the slightest movement of my foot gives me great pain, wearing this keeps my foot in just the right position. I'm really happy with it and it has become an essential item for me.

Bought as a spare to much more expensive version. Used only occasionally. Gave reasonable support but not as reassuring as the other. Now failed with one hinge stud tearing free.

We bought this product after my partner suffered an ankle sprain (pretty bad one). He used it for over a month and we were amazed by the quality of the product. It really immobilised the ankle joint and gave it the stability and support it needed to recover. It is fully adjustable - the straps use hook & loop to better “hug” the ankle, making it super easy and simple to fit. It’s a great product all around and we couldn’t be happier with our choice!

The main problem I found with this is that the plastic material of the brace and the fabric of the rest are thin and flimsy, offering no support. Also, the straps don't stick down very well. If you have a weak or injured ankle you'll be far better getting one made for you by a medical professional than going for mass produced ones on Amazon.

Needed a ligament support and this certainly did the job. However just 4 months used the rivet has pulled out. Shame as these are only worn 2/3 times a week for 1-3 hours. Lucky I have a spare as it does do a fantastic job.

Nach einem Knöchelbruch durfte ich mein rechts Sprunggelenk insgesamt 10 Wochen nicht belasten - dementsprechend untrainiert sind die Sehnen und Bänder im Sprunggelenk. Um mehr Sicherheit bei den anfänglichen Belsatungen zu haben, habe sich diese Sprunggelenkbandage bestellt. Die Bandage besteht aus zwei Teilen - einer Art Kombressionssocke und der Bandage an sich, beides kann aber auch unabhängig voneinader genutzt werden. Die Kompressionssocke besteht aus dem üblichen Nylon/Elasthan-Gemisch, ist sehr dehnbar und somit auch für größere Sprunggelenke geeignet. Die Bandage besteht aus aussen aus einem PE-Kunststoff, die Innenseite ist leicht mit einem ca. 2mm dicken Schaum gepolstert und verschlossen wird sie mit Klett welches über Kreuz gelegt wird. Sie baut auch nicht so stark auf, dass (zumindest halbhohe) Schuhe nicht meher passen oder zu eng sind. DIe Bandage kann sehr feinfühlig eingestellt werden, sodass sie weder zu locker oder zu fest sitzt. Der Komfort ist meiner Meinung nach ok - ab und ann empfinde ich den Bereich um den inneren Knöchel als etwas zu eng bzw. stört mich da der Kunststoff - aber jeder ist da ja anatomisch anders geformt, sodass es kein generelles Problem dieser Bandage darstellen muss. Für meine o.g. Zwecke und für den aufgerufenen Preis eignet sich die Bandage wirklich gut und ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Sprunggelenkbandage lindert auch Schwellungen und Schmerzen, die durch Verstauchungen, Sehnenentzündungen und Arthritis verursacht werden. Die Fußgelenkstütze fördert die Durchblutung des Sprunggelenks und bietet beruhigende Wärme, um die Regeneration zu fördern und die Heilungszeit zu verkürzen. Da ich bei der Arbeit ständig auf den Füßen stehe, lindert es sehr die Schmerzen, die ich nach einer Fußverletzung immer noch habe. Daher kann ich diese Bandage empfehlen 👍

Generell finde ich die Bandage gut, da sie eine wirklich stabilisierende Wirkung hat. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass der hintere Bereich, teile der Seite und unterhalb des Fußes aus Plastik gefertigt ist, was die Stabilität doch wesentlich erhöht. Je nach Schuh drückt die Bandage aber auf die Unterseite des Fußes (von gar nicht, bis doch leicht schmerzend). Das ist ungefähr so, als wenn man eine neue Einlage hat, an die man sich erst gewöhnen muss. Ich hoffe, dass das nach und nach verschwindet....dann könnte es einen Stern mehr geben. Sie ist recht einfach anzulegen, und wird auch bei längeren tragen nicht locker

Hier noch mal die Zusammenfassung Zusammenfassung: Grundlegend sauber und sorgfältig verarbeitete Sprunggelenkbandage, die einen deutlich verbesserten und deutlich bemerkbare seitliche Stützwirkung haben. Aktuell und für die getestete Kurzstrecke möchte ich zunächst ein gut, also vier Sterne vergeben, mit der deutlichen Tendenz zu 5 Sternen.

Diese Bandage kann man sehr gut an den Fuß anpassen und somit hat man die Stabilität die man benötigt um Verletzungen des Sprunggelenks und der Bänder aus zu heilen, ohne dabei den Komfort zu verlieren. Einfach klasse und zu empfehlen.
